At Meridian Automotive, we love being active in the Meridian, Idaho community. Our owners grew up in Meridian and still live there today. Meridian has a lot of really great things going on, and this upcoming event is one of them so we thought we would share it with you.
Come join the celebration with friends and family and experience a magical night in Meridian, ID. This beautiful evening will take place at Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park on Saturday, August 17th beginning at 6 pm. The festival will include local food, high stakes bingo, and live entertainment. At 9:30 pm more than 1000 lanterns will be set afloat the Memorial Park lake, lighting up the night.
- Transportation Options: Traffic will be busy, and parking may be limited so it is recommended that you use ridesharing apps or carpooling to attend the event. A detailed map is included in the event guide which will be released a few days before the event.
- What Can You Bring to the Event?You are permitted to bring outside food and drink, but please no alcoholic beverages. A good suggestion is to pack what you would typically bring to a picnic. This can include chairs and blankets.
- What If You Have Some Questions? A member of the event staff can be contacted at support@1000lightsfestival.com.
- Do You Have to Bring a Printed Ticket? You can bring the printed ticket or just use the Eventbright app for an easy check-in on the day of the event. The name on the printed ticket does not have to match the person using it. Each ticket can only be scanned once. Tickets cost $29.99 for adults, and kids get in free! You can get your tickets here.
- Is There a Refund Policy? No refunds will be offered at any time.
- Is There Anything Else You Should Know? Be prepared to enjoy yourself in one of the fastest growing cities in the country. Feel free to arrive early on Saturday the 17th and enjoy lunch in historical downtown Meridian.
